Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to DTOUB (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "DTOUB"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our ecommerce software platform and services. By accessing or using DTOUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Shipping Policy

  • No Physical Shipping: DTOUB provides a subscription-based digital service. There is no physical product shipment, and thus no shipping fees or delivery times apply.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your DTOUB dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual). Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Example:
    • Monthly subscription cost: PKR 5,000
    You cancel after 10 days of a 30-day period.
    Consumed service: 10 days → PKR (5,000 ÷ 30 × 10) = PKR 1,667
    Refund amount: PKR 5,000 - PKR 1,667 = PKR 3,333

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation. Funds will be returned via the original payment method.
